the room was spacious and clean. the polite staff was helpful and prompt in handling our requests. the location was convenient and easily accessible, with plenty of options for dining nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast, which was both substantial and tasty. We appreciated the good Wi-Fi connection and the reliable service provided by the hotel.
The hotel could improve by accepting credit card payments.

Friendly Staff and Great Location
Stayed here for a business trip and overall, it was not bad. The location could not be better, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out with any requests. The room was well-maintained and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. I particularly liked the complimentary breakfast and the free shuttle service to the airport.
The hotel has a few areas that can be improved upon. The Wi-Fi connection was slow and would frequently disconnect, which was frustrating when trying to get some work done.

The hotel had good room service and the food was delicious. the view from the window was decent and the location was in the heart of the city which made travelling easy.
The housekeeping was subpar and the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. the staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic to our complaints.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was pretty spacious and well-maintained. I found the cleanliness really good, and there were no insects in the room. The hotel staff were attentive and polite, reacting to my requests promptly.
I didn't dislike anything about this hotel. The furniture may appear a little old and worn-out, but it didn't affect my overall experience.
